Once you have signed up and have been accepted, you will be able to Choose which campaigns you want to run and apply for. Once approved for the said campaign, we will generate your unique DID’s / Promo Numbers, or you can generate them yourself.

Effective Monday, the 21st of July, 2014, we plan to go live on this CRM, so please signup and apply for the campaigns, ASAP. We would keep your existing DID Numbers, active till all of you have not signed up and applied for the campaigns, for which you are already dialing.

If you are looking for some campaign in some specific vertical, which is not listed on our BLOG, please contact us, and we will find that campaign for you, and bring it up for you, ASAP. We have many more campaigns, in our kitty, which are not listed on the BLOG.

Here we would like to also mention that our Live Transfer campaigns are the simplest campaigns, and are simpler than Survey campaigns even, since there is no information to be collected or forms to be filled. One has to just pre-qualify the consumer on the basis of 2 to 5 questions, and transfer him over. Because of the simplicity of the campaigns, you do not need any specific domain expertise, to run any campaign. Any agent who is Good in English, is Good for any of our campaigns.

Also, our setup time to get you up an running on a campaign, is no more than 5 minutes. We just need to determine that you are able to transfer the caller id of the consumer to get started. The latest version of most Dialers like ViciDial and Contaque, support this feature. For centers, who cannot transfer the caller id of the consumer, they can always call the consumer, and request the consumer to call into the unique DID Number, provided to you.

A lot of you have contacted us various times, to help you get the Data / Calling List, for our campaigns. However, we have never wanted to get involved in sourcing of data, for you.

We realize that since most of you, are not in the US, sourcing data from US Data Vendors, may be a big issue, for you, so, we are in talk with some Local US Data Vendors, here, and are trying to work out some deal with them, whereby they can provide data on Revenue Share basis, to us, which we can provide to you, but this may take some time, to implement, since if the Data Vendor would provide the Data on a Revenue Share basis, they would not just hand you over the Data packet, they would want to have control over the data, for which they would have to tie-up with a Dialer provider, load the Data on the Dialer, and provide you access to the Data.

Till this is done, we can get you data from these vendors, on a per lead basis. However, as always, we would not like to get too involved, in this, nor would like to take any Guarantees of performance of the Data. This is the best we can do, for you all. If you are a running center, sending us production, and if we have any dues towards you, we can pay the vendor on your behalf, and adjust what has been paid from your dues, so you don’t have to get into the hassle of sending International wires, to the US, which at times, is a big problem, for centers, in some countries. However, if you are new center, or have no current production, you would have to pay for the data, which we source for you, upfront.
